Traceability evidence

Check which production-location, harvest, processing, movement, and chain-of-custody records cover the offered lot.

Commercial fit

Agree the specification, minimum volume, packing, price basis, Incoterm, payment terms, documents, and shipment plan in writing.

Content and Corrections
