What import duty applies to green coffee in the EU?

Green (unroasted) coffee enters the European Union duty-free — there is no import tariff on green coffee beans. You pay standard VAT on import (reclaimable by VAT-registered businesses) and normal customs handling. We provide the certificate of origin and phytosanitary documentation needed for clearance.

Which European ports do you ship to?

We ship to all major European ports including Antwerp, Hamburg, Rotterdam and Trieste, on CIF terms, or FOB Djibouti if you manage your own freight. Tell us your preferred port and we'll quote accordingly.

What SCA scores do your EU lots achieve?

Our exportable specialty lots typically score 85–92 on the SCA 100-point scale, with Guji and Yirgacheffe frequently 87–91 and exceptional micro-lots reaching 93+. Every lot is cupped by independent licensed Q-graders and shipped with its cupping score sheet.

Do you ship free samples to the EU?

Yes. We courier free cupping samples to any EU address, typically arriving within 7–10 business days. Each sample includes 250g of green coffee per origin, an SCA cupping report and a lot traceability document. Request your sample and we'll confirm within 24 hours.
